We strongly advise against choosing Bhanzu due to their inflexible and customer-unfriendly subscription policies.
Our experience with Bhanzu was highly disappointing. We enrolled in a 24-month subscription for our 4th-grade child and paid the full fee upfront. However, after subscribing, we decided to cancel and requested a refund. Unfortunately, Bhanzu declined our request, citing a mandatory requirement to attend 18 classes before being eligible for cancellation.
We found this policy unreasonable, especially since the classes hadn’t even started when we made our cancellation request. We subscribed on March 11, 2024, and requested cancellation on March 15, 2024, before the term had commenced.
