Before I start my review please note that you do not fell prey to online marketing of any company and always prefer physical or in person classes for your child. While Covid period was exception, we should always go for physical classroom session where we can talk to the teachers and take suitable corrective action.
I am writing to raise serious concern about the misleading and unethical practices being carried out jointly by Bhanzu online maths education platform and Fibe formerly EarlySalary Services Pvt. Ltd, which are causing financial and emotional distress to parents.
On 1st Nov 2025, My Son attended Bhanzus math demo classes at 5 pm . While the demo session is tailored to make children feel happy, the experience afterward was completely different and extremely disappointing.
Immediately after demo class at 6.30 pm, a Parent Counselling person, Ms.Roopali Mankane was assigned to us .She initially informed that counselling would happen for 30 min maximum time, and we can decide later whether to join or not.
Unfortunately, we were rushed into the payment process without proper understanding of the terms and conditions of the agreement and other important details. We have asked Counsellor to share the details of the terms and conditions and other important details but there was no time given saying the discount voucher will expire.
She informed that she would mute herself for 15 minutes maximum and parents should go through terms and conditions shared over a link in whatsapp, which is insane as no one can read, understand and digest the terms and conditions of the agreement in 15 min that to through whatsapp link.
Even this 15 minute pause/mute Never happened over the call as the Same can be verified by Bhanzu Audit team after going through call recording. Also, we were never informed about an important clause which states that Batch Change Request will cost Rs 5000/-(Insane amount for request to change the trainer/batch timings etc), which clearly points to fraudulent practices by Bhanzu Marketing team.
The call is not related to parent counselling but points to a serious loophole and collusion between Bhanzu and Fibe. The entire process from the hard sell demo to the instant loan approval seems designed to trap parents financially and instantly while both companies deny responsibility once payment is made. Bhanzu made me take a loan through Fibe, which was approved instantly without proper verification.
Please note that the program was registered on 2nd Nov 9.30 pm and we spoke with FIBE finance team on 3rd Nov 11 am and they have confirmed that loan is yet to be disbursed and will take 24 to 48 hours and asked us to contact Banzu team to cancel the loan and share the cancellation details to FIBE team so that they can stop of the process of loan disbursement.
I immediately mailed and spoke Bhanzu team and informed them that they do not on board my child and Not to schedule any session and cancel the program and inform Fabi Not to Disburse the loan
Since them I have been following over mail and speaking to Customer Service executive Ms.Rishita, who has gone through my case and audio recordings and after in depth internal audit had Confirmed over the call on 6th Nov 5 pm that In -Principal they have agreed to cancel the program and loan.
But Again, A new Customer service executive Ms. Arya called me and again discussing the same points again. I am still awaiting the program Cancellation of Refund of loan to Fabi.
After checking online, I found many similar complaints from other parents describing the same pattern poor-quality classes, refusal to refund, unresponsive support, and fake positive reviews clearly written by their own staff.
Fibe insists they will close the loan if the Bhanzu refunds the loan disbursed and Bhanzu simply refuses a refund or accountability.
