Im extremely disappointed with my experience with Bhanzu and am writing this publicly since my refund requests have not been addressed properly.
In February 2025, I enrolled my child in Bhanzus online math program. The classes officially started on February 20, and out of the promised 150 classes, my daughter could only attend 26 due to her hectic school schedule and the overwhelming academic workload.
Despite her best efforts, she found the Bhanzu sessions out of syllabus, which added unnecessary pressure and confusion. As a result, she lost interest and was too exhausted to keep up. The curriculum seemed disconnected from what was actually helpful to her learning at school.
Whats more concerning is:
No clear refund policy was explained to us at the time of enrollment.
For the past 2 months, classes have not been attended at all, but the amount is still being auto-deducted from my account.
Attempts to get a refund of the payment have not been successful.
This is unacceptable. We trusted Bhanzu with our childs education and our money, and we feel let down. I request Bhanzu to process a refund for the unused classes and stop any further deductions immediately.
