Bharat Biotech is the most dangerous company in this world here first thing is no job security second thing is corporate management is worst first of all Mr Balaji is the most dangerous man in this company he simply escaped from issues staff will be fools, staff losing the jobs and their carriers.
Corporate HOD’s no capability to handle the issues. I am also still working in this organization past 3 years simple stuck with agreement otherwise I will kick and move from here after one year the same thing will be repeat.
No proper coo operation from hod and no support they are all simply escaped from issues cmd doesn’t know about this issues of course he is so much busy with his works but please look in to Management what they are doing how this people are behaving with staff and all. some hod are looking cool and soft but they are very very dangerous. They are treating ever girl is prs..
Here so please all girls be careful about these fools. Bharat bio is India first biotech jail where bonded labor is practiced. earlier they used to ask for original certificate now u have to submit blank cheque of 3 lacs. Do not fall under trap.
Corporate Mgtm will make you slave they really don’t know how to manage the things because my thought they are not qualified if qualified they will know how to manage the things and all , all decision is made by Balaji and one more hod , he is official person or hang man if you will give black cheque they will play with your carriers and they will spoil your carrier so many resigned employees are crying about this issues because they will take an action without any mistakes.
So please don’t prefer to join in this organization please please..
Lot of jobs waiting for you don’t fear if you have experience in BBIL nobody will ask for relieving to join new company this is only benefit from this worst company.
My advise is as early as possible please go way from here.
