When in the 80s, the serial was originally telecast when I was too young to follow it and hardly watched it..besides we didn’t have TV. However did watch few episodes, but at the age of 8-9 years it didn’t attract me. But still can recall those days in my faint memory.
Later it was re-telecast again somewhere in 2002 I believe. That time also I could not watch it due to my study compulsions and the likes. At that time I had no idea what I had missed or was missing.
After coming to USA I realized its importance and significance. And I tried to look for its DVD series, if there was any. But all failed and I am still looking.
Bottomline is, if you ever get a chance to watch it, don’t think. I still regret for not being able to do so, and still searching for it in any form available, be it pirated or real.
