I have been servicing my Gas stove since last 6 years from Bharat Gas service agents. But recently I have discovered that just to make huge bills these people manipulate the stove. Whenever I call them for servicing they say some or the other part of the stove is bad and replace it with a avg bill of 600 Rs. Each time they twist the stove button such that it damages the valves and then they say that the valves are bad. In last 3 years I have replaced the valves 6 times.
Recently I bought new branded stove and yesterday we had called them to check the leakage. Instead of detecting the leakage, the person again damaged the valves and replaced 2 valves. The leakage problem hasn’t solved but the bill was 600 Rs.
When I contacted the Stove company they checked the valves and said that they have been purposefully damaged. The valves cannot get damaged in just 3 months and it is a branded stove.
