You have to try phone for 1-2 days and when if you are lucky you will get to speak to very rude employees.Last booking was done in the month of september and I was told it would take 14-16 days which is normal message what you get from them however when I called in today I was asked to call after 7-8 days and book the cylinder and it would take another 7-10 days to receive the cylinder.
I have a small kid and I face the same issue everytime when I try to book cylinder then I have to beg my neighbours for a cylinder or help in cooking the food. I use cylinder for home use however Hoteliers can get 2-3 cylinders in a day which I have seen happening in front of my eyes.Even if they say one week when you call them after 8 days they will say they have problems with the load and it would take 2-3 days and would ask to call back. I only have a single cylinder and whenever I have requested for another cylinder I was told to wait since they have problems with normal cylinders second cylinder would take 4-5 months.You can’t escalate any issue or get employee name they will disconnect the line.
They expect you to come to office for compaints and escalations and when you go to office you get the same rude treatment and it seems customer are at fault. Customer service at its worst, currently all companies are trying level best to get the best customer service and customer delight however its opposite with bharat gas they have chalta hai attitude. Please go online and check how many people are frustrated and have started blogs and complaint feedback against your service. I informed your employee that I would raise a consumer court complaint and was told to do the same and call was disconnected. I would file a complaint in consumer court and would also demand compensation for the mental harrasment by your employees.
