This is the actual mail I had written. I am decided I will stay with private gas rather than going with these people. Thank you for giving me an option to avail.
Though I visited the agency I have told to come another time in the day. 3 clock when I had reached at 11 a.m. Saying. We dont talk about new connection at this time. There was nobody at the counter after me.
I was given a mocking look when I said I have approved latter from bharat gas application which I filed online.
The person before me was told you can not get another( he already had one from bharat gas) un-till you purchase stove and other accessories.
Looking at the very people I can guess you may help me get a new connection later though when I have to get a refill I will have to do what not . I think I will continue paying private gas person, who at least do not mock me. please consider not giving franchise to such people.
