I’m writing this review after really suffering for long and trying in vain to get it resolved by informing the Bharatmatrimony customercare.
It’s their programming error or lack of knowledge, but I’ve paid for a good service which I’m not getting!
Those who have used Bharatmatrimony chat feature, will agree with me on the following:
Every time you send or receive a chat request, you’l not realize it. The chat window opens in the background without any sound alert or blinking of the chat window at the windows task bar. I can guarantee, nobody will realize that they’ve received a chat request. So, in a word, chat feature is "INEFFECTIVE". Having the chat feature is same as just not having it. You’ll never be able to chat with anyone, unless you call up the person and inform that you are trying to chat with him/her!
I’ve informed this to the Bharatmatrimony customer care several times, but everytime, they’ve told me, they’ll forward this to their technical dept. as an improvement suggestion.
My question to Bharatmatrimony is, ’Boss! Isn’t it too late? Where are you?’
