Matrimony service is something which is supposed to be trust worthy, loyal, secured, user friendly with quick and proactive service and support. Bharath matrimony can be considered an opposite to all of these. I have paid 3 months premium service and the profiles that I have got so far are fake. Trust me all of it are fake. Every profile had a’verified’ label to it and I am not sure whether the service has a different explanation to the term verified. Profiles that are identified as fake were flagged to their customer support but no action has been taken yet. I acquired a contact number specifically for this purpose(which wasn’t shared to the public) and that was posted in their application. I got a message from a different matrimony service asking to join them. Where is the data security? They had provided 60 contact numbers for the service that I paid for. All the numbers whom I connected with is a fake/ never reachable/ or belongs to someone but still your count goes down. I am not sure what do they mean by the’verified number’ label. Definitely not a worthy choice of matrimony service.
