I have made a profile for my sister.
I was told that they would be sending 4-5 profiles two times in a week. And that there would be quick follow up. Since 9 Nov, it has been 9 weeks. And I have received 13 mails from her.
Of these 2 mails were from her colleague as she was on leave. And those 2 mails were also sent after i had to call her at least 5 times. This is very poor service.
There has been very slow follow up also. I am tired of calling her up and requesting her to send this. She does it as if she is doing me a big favour. Very poor service.
She was ill for 3 weeks in between. I can understand that. But then, if a person goes on leave, there should be someone else responsible.
I used to call the office and her colleague used to answer the phone.. She says they are all overworked and have 40-50 profiles to handle for themselves.
And when someone goes on leave, it should not be that their client suffers because of that.
This is a time limited service. And we are paying such huge amounts of money for a privileged service. I do not think this is a privileged service at all.
I have made more calls to the relationship manager than she has to me. Horrible service.
