I sincerely suggest don’t go for Assisted Matrimony Services of BharatMatrimony.These are my experiences with BharatMatrimony.
I paid 17k for privilege matrimony and I was promised to send atleast 4 profiles which are professional looking profile.
At the end of it all I got was an no profiles and they don’t allow us to view the profile number of the bride also, nor the the relationship manager reply to the message’s we get.
They are not able to help me even after I have sent my shortlisted profiles.
I have been writing and calling BharatMatrimony but they refuse to pay the money back or change the membership from Assisted Matrimony to regular’Classic Premium’.
No proper customer services support, very commercial website, blood s*ckers. Waste of our valuable time, they give lots of promises but they don’t stand on their words.
