Strange policy-Dont know how to behave with custom

I created two accounts on same mobile number. one for my brother and one for myself. after creating the second account, they blocked it and asking me to give another number. But my concern is what if a father has 5 sons/daughter, then he should purchase 5 mobiles or 3 mobiles having dual sim.  I think application design needs to be changed.


And I got a call from customer asking me to change ur number. I asked him to talk to ur manager and speak to me, regarding this issue. Then he started saying I dont have any manager. Then I asked his emp id. He told he dont have any id, I am fake employee.
