I had taken the service from them last August, 2015. They said that if cockroach doesn’t reduce in 15 days, call us back and we will come for another cote. As there was no reduction in insects after 15 days, we contacted them. They kept saying that we will send the person, but even after 10-12 calls made by my parents, they did not send anyone.
Finally after 35 days of pest control application, I had to literally warn them to put this on social media and consumer court, IF THEY DON’T SEND THE PERSON. They responded this time and sent a person in 2 days who did another cote of Gel, which was as ineffective as the first one . So far, we did not see any benefit and we wasted out Rs 700 on them and befooled by them.
