I am working in the corporation since 1 year. Faced very harsh time. The company dont follow its own value "care for employee" Actually they just want there work done thats it nothing else. Very harsh people. The people on upper position exploits their juniors. Even being a girl you have to come in n8 shift without any pickup.I will suggest not to join this company unless u hv Bpcl as a last option.
