Worst tour operator I have come across in my entire life, urge every tourist Plz don’t book your holidays with Bharat Booking Holidays(India) Private Limited. We had booked our vacation well in advance and after receiving complete tour itinerary in writing and several confirmations a week before, and still, they didn’t arrange anything as mentioned in their confirmation voucher against which the payment was made. Money is all they want, once you pay the advance you are trapped in their net, they will hide the facts till the last moment. Instead of enjoying the trip with family we keep on banging our head with such jokers whose only aim is to extort the money. The fraud started from the first step only:-
a) Volvo timing and the quality was changed after the payment, they did base on the fare to earn more profit instead of customer convenience. No choice other than to accept.
b) They confirmed us in writing 7+1 Innova as we were 6 people for local travel and sightseeing but almost 12-year-old Innova without AC was sent that too 6+1 seater was sent, the driver dropped in the hotel and vanished away without informing. On making a call we could realize he has been assigned some other duty, Mr. Bansal keeps on committing our Innova is on the way. But the vehicle came at only 5.30 in evening. Our entire day was lost just coordinating with them.
c) Next Day again our CAB was changed with the more unprofessional driver having private no.(PB07 2000). The driver was traveling for the first time to this place knowing nothing about the local geography of the area.
d) Since we were two couples, we have always requested to have two rooms at both the location) Dharamshala and Dalhousie) once again regret to say after the confirmation while making the check-in we realized they have a book only one room cottage. Since we don’t have any other choice we were at their mercy.
e) The worst was yet to come, Mr. Mayank of Bharat Booking issued the confirmation voucher for GRAND VIEW Hotel in Dalhousie, while we were on the way, Mr. Satyavir Bansal cooked a story against the bad reputation, services and power supply of this hotel and said we have cancelled your booking at GRAND VIEW – Dalhousie and rebooked a BLUE MAGNET HOTEL which was much lower grade property. When we inquired from Grand View hotel, it was a complete lie they never have the booking in our name and they do not have any such issue.
f) Due to the peak season and kids traveling along with again we were on their mercy, while making the check-in the HOTEL MANAGER Mr. Paramjeet Singh informed they have booked on a single room only having a small room attached to make it more transparent(Room No. 403) again repeating the same wordings. Even the Hotel Manager was shocked and he played the recorded conversation between him and Bharat Booking representative, the small room consists of only four walls and naked flooring, no ceiling fan, a bed to accommodate three people, TV, tap or shower to bath no wash basin in short room was under construction. According to the Hotel Manager, this room confirmation was made the only late evening, by the grace of GOD and realizing the fact he opened other room and asked the payment of 28, 500 for the two-night stay we did the same. By the time this all happened, it was 12.30 midnight. If any of our guests would like to have the video can request for the same.
g) While making the checkout in the morning a real ordeal, we receive an SMS from ZIPGO for cancellation of our return journey tickets and threating calls for payments. According to the CAB DRIVER(PB07 2000). He was attacked by BHARAT BOOKING GUNDAS and the RC of the vehicle was snatched. He refused for the onward journey.
h) When Mr. Pramjeet - Hotel Manager informed to get the local police as it’s a criminal case he shared the truth and advised us not to travel with this vehicle at any point he can create some nuisance and subsequently arranged another vehicle for us.
I would like to highlight one more fact Mr. Mayank of Bharat Booking(M – 9218062636) who took this booking never responded after the advance payment was done. See the Irony, my tour was messed up and I had to talk to so many persons in-between
If u wants to enjoy then don’t go with Bharat Booking Holidays(India) Private Limited. Worst, pathetic customer service by this team… Our whole tour after spending 80K was an unpleasant and horrible experience, to say the least. We only visited very limited places as our most of the time was killed in coordination with these THUGS.
I am in process of filling a police complain and 420 cases in consumer court to realize them not to take everyone on the grant. My first and last with you guys. Shame on you!
