I went with my uncle yesterday, the room charges is 2500 and the service charges is 1000( how is this I don’t yet understand). The doc charges 10000 for performing a biopsy there. There are so many additional charges, like visiting doc fees, charges for using the equipment, transport fees for sending the report from t nagar to Adyar and nothing is less than 500 rupees.
On top of it, the assistant nurse literally threw us out after 10mins when we were talking to the doc. The nurse says it’s a package of 25000 if you are getting a biopsy of kidney done. Ontop of it, the junior doctors are very lazy. We were supposed to be discharged at 9am but the junior doc took so much time in writing the summary( which was a form for which she could have come once to the patient and asked for the only two details she wanted to write) instead she asked me to go to her.
I mean how long does it really take to get a summary printed. I literally had to go multiple times from 7th to 1st floor to remind her that there’s a patient lying there, suffering from kidney malfunctioning. Don’t add to his troubles!
Oh, wait, the patient had to go to toilet to which nurse refused saying we don’t have toilet on ground floor. My experience was very bad there.
