I was one of the unlucky people who happened to travel from Bangalore to Trivandrum in Bharathi Travels and to give a review in a single word - it was ’Pathetic’. Even though the bus is new, the driver and other office staff’s are so un-co-operative and rough in handling customers.
The multi-axle bus which was supposed to leave at 8.30pm left Madiwala at 10pm and stopped atleast 4 times on their way to Hosur and picked up goods, which again took ages..
I wouldn’t recommend this travels to anyone who values themselves, their time and money...
