I happened to travel by Bharathi travels bus from blore to chry where I have booked a ladies seat in one of the third rows. Once I boarded, the seat was already occupied by someone else who had a different seat number on their ticket and they offered me the last seat and that too not a ladies seat.
The person in my seat was ready to shift to some other seat but the bus people were so arrogant asking that person to stay in the same seat saying its their bus and they will decide where the passengers should sit.Also they were not ready to accept the fault and was very rude when I insisted for a ladies seat.
I had been travelling from blore to cochin for the past five years and I travel almost every month and never had a problem before. I would definitely say this is the worst service ever. Non availability of seat can happen but it is the arrogance and rude behavior of the bus people that cannot be tolerated. They didn’t even give me the consideration for a girl travelling alone.
