I hold a Secure Income Plan from Bharati Axa. I drew this policy in May. The agent belongs to India Infoline Insurance Brokers Ltd. Agents Name was Rohit Sharma. He forced me to draw policy by paying first years premium by Credit Card. I asked him that it will cost me extra as there will be a processing fees & interest will be charged. He lied to me that Bharati Axa bankers will manage & there will be no extra charge. I trusted him and payed my premium through Credit Card & I got charged a processing fees & interest. In total I payed around 5500/- extra over my first year premium. Now the Mr. Rohit Sharma don’t pick my call, on contacting office they say that they don’t know any person with this name. So my suggestion is not to go for Bharati Axa Insurance as agents can lie to you just to get a policy out of you.
