As a regular user of call taxi service in Chennai.My experience for the past 2 years proves that Bharati is the worst service in Chennai. Congrats for that because it is very difficult to provide such bad experience consistently for a customer. and I am happy to narrate the latest among that.
I booked a service online on 21-05-2013 for 22-05-2013 Wednesday 6.00 PM from Kelambakkam to Perungalathur. I haven’t received any message or call till 1 PM. So I called back to the service and I was told that the cab driver will call exactly at 5.PM for not receiving any call till 5.10 PM. I decided to call again. Even after repeated calls to the service(5 calls) within 45 minutes of time. There was no solution.
At 6.10 I received a message "Due to unavoidable reason Ur booking is cancelled" and I missed the bus. Being a call taxi service and not able to arrange a cab in 20 Hours. Pity on you !!!
Please shutdown this business and go for some other business which doesn’t demand timeliness and Punctuality.
