I tried using their "service", even tried their paid "service". They are incompetent and try to edit everything you type, sit around you like you are their property. The worst part is that they make every effort possible to extract money for their pathetic "service". Most the profiles seem dubious and of very low quality. It feels more like a web enabled version of a shady broker.
It’s all about money. If you are an NRI they want to charge more, register yourself as being from India if you have to at all. Their customer support mails are form mails and have other people’s names in them and seem to be sent out by bored teenagers. Their editorial team is also probably a set of bored teens who get vicarious pleasure in denying you edits of your profile EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE PAID! Very frustrating!
There is room in this space for a competitive alternative. I am thinking of setting up a free one. It is a simple concept after all. The web doesn’t need middle men and shady brokers.
