Friends Airtel is available across 20 countries and Airtel is also the first Indian telecom operator to receive Cisco Gold certification. Friends today I will tell you something internal which is goes on inside on Airtel. so first of all I will tell you about network. so Airtel network is provided by Nokia and Siemens. Airtel infrastructure is provided by Indus. so Airtel having there network in all over India but signal strength is not that much good as good as Vodafone or idea. Also they dont provide you any special offer also packs cast is too high like 1GB 3G pack comes in 249.This is all about the network and package rate. Now I will tell you about the employees condition who are working for Airtel On-roll and OFF-roll. So Friends I was working with Airtel off-roll for a 1 year but there is no any chance of growth and work environment is too bad worst. they want real time solution but paying that much respect and salary. and even they dont show trust on there own employee. in 2016 Feb I was taken 4 paid leaves with prior intimation to my TL.But still they deduct my salary when I ask my HR he told me u didnt given any intimation. mail me with your Manager and TL signature application. when I mailed him. I ask to get my salary in next month but edidnt get approved it. aslo manager uses abusive worlds to you non technical and management skills person at higher authority and even managers dont know how to solve the problem. total worst experience. and the funny thing is that I left that job in jully 2016 and HR sanction my leave in December 2016. salary is too low. they gives u salary with all expenses like petrol and telephone bill. I used to get 16600 per month with petrol and telephone bill. no Nokia support and NOC support.When I was joined this company my manager given me 2 territory near by me in 20km. and after that he used to say me go to 100km, 120km, 150km by one side and we need to carry whole material on bike with technician and without any extra petrol charge. in that situation our monthly petrol bill comes around Rs.5000 to 6000. Working hours changes according to work. u need to ready to go at morning 9 to 10AM but no fix time of offduty. means sometimes u need to be there for whole night.if we ask them u need to do this its not our work they used to say its your choice do it or give me your resignation. no job security and care of your work.Friends when I lost my new passion pro on duty from client side I call to my manager he says go to police station and register a complain and come office u have another work. no chance of growth, if u ask to manager to increment he direct says show me complete side if yes I will give u increment of 2000.No any policy for employee. just do work like hulk that it. worst work environment. Company gets profit in billion and not pay sufficient to employees.
