I am using airtel since 2010, but Now ported to other network because of airtel worst service and its customer support.
I know its customer services is worst and call centre people doesnt have any basically knowledge on how to respond and how to resolve simple issues.
When I called customer service they said remaining balance will be credited to my money account. Till I have made so many follow up but no use. I have provided my airtel money account details and cancelled cheque of my savings account.
