I ordered a phone from Airtel online store on Aug 22 and still have not received it . Their customer service folks( sitting at 121 or social media) are horrible . They have no control over what online store does . All you get from calling them or pinging them on twitter is pre-phrases responses . Airtel sales team has no clue to how to do business . Their entire process is too slow - Slow enough to allow a buyer to have a buyer’s remorse or get frustrated like I did and change their mind . You do not get any estimated delivery dates either from Airtel or Vulcan( shipping company they use) . Avoid Airtel! I am also having network coverage issues with Airtel( they are worse than idea) Vulcan have been sitting on my delivery since more than a week . They do not respond to emails either. Do yourself a favour when you order online - Ask the seller about which shipping company they are going to use for your order. If it is Vulcan - simple avoid them .
