Well I am going to share my working experience of airtel. Airtel is Leading tele communication companies of india. Lot of peoples working in airtel whether they are girls or boys. The working load in airtel is very high and lot of pressure is on. There you have to take care of some things like AHT, Repeat etc etc. But the worst thing is that they gave you a very small amount of package. They are just taking advantage of your knowledge and did’nt gave you exact salary. First month of your salary should not be given to you and they take that as your security. One and only facility I liked in airtel is that there pick drop facility. So, I am strongly everyone dont work in airtel otherwise you will be screwed.
