Was on call for 40 minutes with Ram to get in touch with internet team.Called airtel in the afternoon and was told this will be resolved and some one will call me.Unable to use internet or.make calls.Situation drastic and even after 40.min the call wasn’t transfered.Received complaint no and that resolution will be given next month by 7th June.AIRTEL SUCKS.All platforms have given airtel 1.5 to 1.8 rating for service.GARTNER has given 4.3 rating GOD KNOWS HOW MUCH MONEY THEY TOOK FOR THIS RATING.ONCE A HOOD SERVICE PROVIDER STEPS IN ILL LET GO THIS PATHETIC PROVIDER.
