Bad After Sales Service

Insurance is a subject matter at your own RISK. Insurance people are being laughed at from the date it was started. Not an honest ethical practice. Only a system of grabing money from people on the pretext of Govt. Aided TAX EXEMPTION by injecting fear of DEATH.


Every body today must be aware of his JEEVAN BEEMA subscription and the benefits he is going to reap.


Bharti AXA ventured into this field on the basis of encashing weak Indian mind set and must be drumming towards the success of achieving TARGET of snatching LIC customers. After two years of buying a policy I find Bhati as the worst After Sales Service Provider. This I am writng despite having Eletronic Clearance System for my only Bharti Axa life insurance Policy.


The Agent / Employee who sold me the Policy is now working with Bajaj Allaince. Customer care whenever contacted asks me go to the nearest Bharti AXA office. When I go to the Office the girl at the counter says her computer is not working as I am just before closing time. When I wanted to see the manager the lady says she only is the manager available.


Furious and Anguished I sat down in reception what to do next. I started searching for any Agent / Employee who could help me. One Sales Manager came to help me but his resources were again limited to provide after sales servicing. Rather he started selling me a new policy.


This all came into light when my Electronic Clearance bounced due to lack of Funds. Only solution is to pay the Cash in your nearest Branch. LIC payment was paid very smoothly with some solution to avoid penalty in future.


Is it due to Inernational Financial Crisis?
