Bharti axa lifes e-Protect policy is not at all transparent on the terms and conditions. The policy document does not define death. Only Suicide exclusion clause within one year is mentioned in the policy documents. When I inquired about other type of deaths, they came back saying that natural calamities, terrorist attacks are also excluded till one year. They are not clarifying on accidental death coverage. My mails to them are un responded for last 7 days. Even they dont respond to the mails even after repeated reminders. I was wondering if this is their behaviour while I am alive, what will happen to my family in case of my unfortunate death. In short, Bharti AXA life is a fraud company and I have decided to move to IRDA and Consumer forum too within few days.
