Bharati Axa is very irresponsible with its customers. They charge very high amount of premium but provides no services. I purchased an Easy health policy and paid the premium immediately. 3 months ago I bought it and till to day I didt get the policy bond... I vexed calling the customer care. I dont know what kind of behaviour they have. My policy number is 100001866 which is an easy health policy.
I called customer care people to settle the issue. Every time they tell that, I would rceive policy in 4 days. Every time I am raising the issue very seriously and they are not taking any active step.
This time I am about to approach consumer forum for justice.
