This is the worst experience ever. I had applied for a term insurance more than a month ago. They took 2 months premium in advance and i have still not received any confirmation of the policy. Every few days they ask for some details. The sales team are not responding now. I have email then a week ago that i want to cancel and get my money back. No one has called or no response from them at all. When I reached customer service they mentioned that you have to send a email and cannot help about it. If this is how the sales is imagine the stress if my family members have to claim.
