Pathetic Customer service

I took car insurance. I got into an accident far away from my place and gave the car for repair. First they don’t pay the service vlcenter directly instead they expect me to pay first and they will reimburse. Second they expect me to carry a cheque book and passbook. Without this they cannot reimburse, so the only way I can claim is once I reach my home. The cost is too high so I have to cancel my plans and go back home to get this reimbursed.


In this digital age they don’t accept bank statement, or pan card or other payment methods. So pathetic policies.
