A Bharti AXA life insurance policy was mis-sold to me by one of their agents at a crucial time of me losing my job, falsely promising that Bharati AXA would grant a loan instantly basis this policy.when this was not happening I approached Bharti AXA within 30 days of purchase to help me with cancellation of the policy, giving all the facts of the unethical sale.Bharati AXA never seemed to be perturbed when I explained nor budged an inch to help me with this.Definitely they are hand in glove and it is an unethical sale tactics practised by Bharti AXA.I say this because when I called them several times, literally with tears to help me get my money returned, wrote to them humpty number of times and even visited their office but they were so heartless. They insisted I pay the premium for the next year only after which the policy can be surrendered. with great difficulty I borrowed money amidst my crisis and paid the 2nd premium with the hope.that I will get back the paid sum to repay my loan, when I approached their office, .I was told only 25% of what I paid would be returned. This is a heartless harassment of Bharti AXA to earn money. Very pathetic sales tactics.
Whereas the same situation happened to my friend with Bajaj Allianz, but they were so considerate and immediately investigated the issue and reimbursed the amount within a month.
Extremely unhappy with Bharti AXA and would like to caution people not to chose bharti AXA for any of their products.
