Have been with them for 4 years. Paying for my policy.
No proper service though they send emails with default template of "We provide better service".
You can’t make any change in the policy once taken.
Its a loss when you terminate. No answer to any queries. Its been open for years.
No response even after multiple query follow up, email & phone. Not customer friendly.
