IIFL is a big cheating group and is full of fraudsters. They are Channel partners of Bharti AXA and obviously if you go through the complaints posted, one can infer that Bharti AXA is also part of this scam. First IIFL people in name of Bharti AXA will call you. They will say that under this policy for 1 L premium for 12 years you will get 30L at the end of 12 years. These people will send you details on WhatsApp(Red alert). Mind you all insurance companies give you proper benefit illustration but these people will not provide you with this doc. Instead they will message you brochure and make you do calculations on Excel or on paper. They will assure you that you will get 3 benefits, Sum Assured, Guaranteed Payout(lumpsum @5%) and Surrender Value. This is where the cheating or fraud happens.
after completing the locking period of 3 year when I asked to get my money back then they say it will per deduction base, I invested 180000 but in return after 3 year I will get only 87000k, this is where Bharti AxA is cheating, when I asked customer care they said you should have checked term and conditions but agent did not tell those thing,
