Ganesh was the sales guy from Mumbai office apparently( your really don’t know who is on the other end of the call or their true identity) They say they are calling from Bharati AXA.
Not satisfied with all their explanations. Their fundamentals are so bad. I questioned them on the calculations. and they fumbled. He put me on his senior executive .(Deepak). Tried hard selling but question them on the calculations and the working and terms. .they have no clue. they fumble again.
They don’t provide any of the payout statistics so far on any of the plans against claims.
Do ask for their payout numbers against claims. and compare with other insurance companies.
These poor guys just try to push you to buy. once committed I don’t think they will care at all. I also hear that their after sales service is bad. so I decided to stay away.
