I got a call from Bharati Axa asking me to but their ELite Advantage plan and the marketing executive gave me a certain terms and conditions based on which I submitted my documents and the money(100000) of One lakh rupees. After that when the products team called me for verfication they did not agree to the terms and conditions told to me my marketing team and they are now forcing me to take the policy at their conditions and not the condition which was told to me by marketing executive.
It’s been 4 weeks now and they are neither cancelling my policy, not refunding the money and also not logging in my policy. They dint listen to you and also cheat you. PLEASE DO NOT GET INTO THEIR FALSE PROMISES. I Imagine what will they do during maturity.
