No one is hearing in Bharti AXA. they are really dont bother about their customers problems. I am following up for my premium deduction problem. and no one is willing to help me. The ASM Mr. Gaurav Bhardawaj and his colleague Mr. Rishi Mishra(Relationship Office) are not reliable person to whom you can trust. they even dont pick up the phones regarding their customers problems.
