Bharti AXA salesmen/agents whom I encountered were very rude. They would be perfect as Dawood’s (underworld) gangmen.
As I said I am not interested in their product, they almost started threatening me for dire consequences. They were very abusive and said I had wasted their time. Well, never again Bharti AXA for me for my near family members.
Bharti AXA should really decide if they are in insurance business with the kind of agents they send for solicitation. I have met agents from Metlife, New York Life, HDFC, ICICI and none of them were rude after I refused them. Very greedy and rude agents..please avoid them. It seems they are in dire need of business hence will stoop to any tactics to get money out of pocket.
I have full right to compare products of various companies and refuse the ones I do not like. I am sure when Bharti AXA executives go to some malls/shop they choose to buy products which they like and not what salesman tries to sell them.
