Please do not go with Bharti AXA car insurance and any other products. Its only the big name they are having and the service which they will providing is the worst. Recently our vehicle met with an accident in tamilnadu and we had to leave it into nearest showroom of the toyota, when we reached their the showroom people informed us that they don’t have tie up with Bharti Axa.
That moment I thought why they are not in tie up with the big firm, but later stage when all the process started for the claim, the people from bharti axa dragging the process so long and after two weeks only they responded with the details and to start the repair it has taken more than one and half months.
Still when we try to reach them for some information they avoid my calls and no response from their end and its very clear that the bharti axa is not much customer supportive and its only working based on money making policy. Its the worst insurance company.
