Activating schemes without permission I have Airtel prepaid connection now for more than couple of years. My cell number is 09860421423.I am located in Maharashtra, My complain is that Airtel people are activating special schemes and that too without my permission.And then deducting Scheme charges from my balance.And up to date I have lost my 1000 Rs. And they also have wronglly chared my number couple of times.And have deducted charges from my balance.And now activating scheme without prior permission has become more frequent.these is the complain with too many off costumers.
There CCE has assured me many a times for refund but I never got a refund and now I had forwarded my to consumer fourm and I hope I get my refund and compensation from cheaters(airtel)
they have some or other update going on their systems so u can never reach their lines i’m very sorry to say that multination company like airtel is here to looting money.
