Poor commitement

I have been using Airtel services for 2.5 years now. I had heard a lot about the quality of services provided by them. Well as far as the quality of the voice they have , they are non-matchable. They have a real dependable network which works fantastically in basements. But I think there are other aspects of the service. Firstly, Billing : There billing is bit combersome. They take a lot of time to settle problems in bills. There staff seems to be stubborn about creating billing problems. Secondly, Service commitment: Airtel claims that they have real dedicated service but I differ on this. Well once commited by their customer care centre you will never get a callback regarding your complaint. They have very poorly managed customer care. Lastly, Data Services : Airtel sucks in data servives. Half of the time they data services such as GPRS & MMS are down. Half of the time the services are down.Moerover Airtel considers itself a very premium service provider. They charge Rs 500 for one month usage of GPRS services. Whereas there key competetor IDEA charges only 5 paisa per KB of download. I think they should change there tactics otherwise the world has seen big empires fall.
