We made a payment of ₹;5, 900 on 31st October to Bhashsms for their Business WhatsApp Service, after being assured by their sales agent that the package included unlimited WhatsApp messaging and complete setup support.
After receiving payment, the sales agent disappeared, and the support team has been unresponsive, uncoordinated, and full of excuses. A week has passed, and we still have no access to the control panel, no invoice, and no update on our account.
To make matters worse, we were later told that we were sold the wrong product, and that our package doesnt include the features promised. This clearly shows false selling and misrepresentation.
Their after-sales service is nonexistent, and the team seems more focused on chasing new customers rather than supporting existing ones. We have requested a refund, but the company has been delaying with meaningless replies.
Highly unprofessional experience we strongly advise others to stay away and verify everything in writing before making any payment.
