We booked Ford Aspire from Bhavana Ford Panvel and suddenly they told us they are cnceling our booking as they unable to fulfill.
Yesterday we visited the "BHAVANA FORD PANVEL" for this problem.
There is misbehaving done by Manager Dinesh shetty and he was not lisening any of the our concerns.
Alternate solution not provided by dealer manager dinesh shetty and manager saying they can not do anything on this problem.
Manager is keep saying we can not fulfill this and you have to cancel booking.
Misleading advertisements and false representation done by dealer and sales executive Rahul, now Rahul is not part of Bhavana ford.
We feel cheating done by Bhavana ford dealer by giving false promises.
After yesterday’s visit we fell harassment done by Bhavana ford manager Dinesh shetty.
