I went Bheem Hotel, Jawahar Nagar, Palwal last month in a birthday party of my friend.
He booked a hall after giving advance money but the customers service is so poor there as the hotel staffs didn’t arranged the party venue on time.
They charged a lot of money from my friend and later charged extra money in the name of hotel’s maintenance charge.
Food presentation was very unique.
The value for money is so disappointing and charges are extremely high there.
Ambience was not pleasing too. I am very disappointed with this restaurant.
