BHK Quest is not a RERA Registered agency and it does not have any licence to operate as a real estate agency. Mahaveer Singh the owner of the BHK Quest has put several fake property listings on 99 acres.com.
I was looking for 1 BHK Flat and I got his reference from 99 acres. He showed me a property and arranged a meeting with the builder. But the details listed on the 99 acres.com were not matching with the details of the flat.
I requested him to show me some more options but he insisted on buying this flat and assured me that he would get the flat repaired.
but after the purchase he backed out of his words and the builder did not repair the flat. I had to run after him for 6 months to get the flat repaired, but mahaveer singh did not help me.
Later I also found out that BHK Quest has taken a big cut from the builder(Naresh Kumar) for selling the flat on higher price.
