*Before writing the review let me make u aware with the fact of a
disease called dissociated mental disorder, in this the person behaves
like what he is not in real life but acquires somebody else’s
personality . for example me behaving like Urmila matondkar, my gait
, style, clothes same as hers and same voice, tone, speech etc.THIS
disease is very significant and is not rare, this ailment happens to
those people who are deprived of love, protection, and mental exposure
and growth in the childhood and also with those who are the most
pampered ones.
The movie script is about a Haveli in a village which gets renovated
after so many years, the place was abondoned because THE RAJA of this
haveli fall in love with a court dancer, "Manjulika", but because she
was in love with some other man of the court, Raja cut his throat and
murdered him.
AAMI CHE TOMAR, SHUBUJE TOMAR-IS a bengali song on which this bengali
court dancer "Manjulika" used to dance.(this is the background symphony
in the movie-which means I am yours only yours)
The lady was arrested as well and was put in the prison where she
committed suicide but pledged to kill the RAJA and all his successors.
The story starts with weird incidents in the Haveli, indicating the
presence of this court dancer.which consequently let to passing blames
on each other.Shiney is a successor Raja of this haveli, and Akshay is
the psychiatrist who is Shiney’s friend from America.
Before coming back from America, Shiney got married to this female
called Vani, who is Vidya balan.Amisha Patel was the girl who was
supposed to marry shiney but her heart gets broken when shiney arrives
home with Vani, to whom he was already married.
In the end there is a lot of drama as they catch hold of those
screams, voices, ghungroo, the dancing female who everybody mistook as the
court dancer "Manjulika" in the house using tantra mantra and
psychotherapy!
A must watch.lots of humor and suspense.
