I was a loyal customer of Biba. Whenever I go shopping my only stop will be the Biba section. I started shopping online impressed with your hundreds of options available in your website. All this came to a stop for my last order no.26725537.

After the order was picked up I started following up in Biba website for any updates. But it showed nothing. I waited patiently but no updates was posted in the website nor did I get any updates in the email. I made multiple calls for customer service with reference to the order number. And no one responded with a proper Voucher code.

After multiple calls, I finally received the voucher code: BD22R26725537 on 2-Dec-2022. After few days when I tried to place an order logging into my account, using the Voucher code the balance came out a zero. After a customer call, the representative informed that the Voucher code was used already and the items have been shipped to an address which I was unaware of(order no.28734293).
In short, I did not make that order. When we questioned about the authenticity of the Voucher code I was asked in return if I shared the code with anybody else. When I said a no, I was asked if I was using a shared or public computer. When I said a NO, the representative did not have a proper response. He even suggested giving the phone number of the customer who made the order and was asking me to talk to that person for which I immediately refused. That made me ask a question - Will you easily share my personal information to other customers?
Hope you understand the dismay I am facing after literally losing Rs.7995 in thin air. My query is that - How can someone use a Voucher code successfully without logging into my account? They have used it in a different name and a different account. Then how reliable is their website?
