Either we all know that the biba is old and famous for ethinic wear but the quality the use is not that good. I purchased a new dress in my sisters wedding costing 10000 rs/- for a particular dress but the quality they used was so cheap that it was a single time I wire it and noticed that the sequence start changing its color and after a month or so tbey turned into black.then I realized what was the use of purchasing so expensive dress when I can’t wear it again.
