Cycling is a Good form of Excercise

In my school and college days I use to ride a Hero Hansa  ladies bicycle .


I loved my cycle as it helped me to  ride any where I like, be it be my school, college or tutions .


Market or my friends or cousins House, I use to go every where by my bicycle .


I did not bother to spend money on rickshaws or auto rickshaw or local bus for going any where . I felt free as a bird going any where of my own .


Cycling is a good form of exercise too .


So cycling helped me a lot to maintain good health .


But now a days we see very less number of people using bicycles .


People are using scooty. small cars, bikes for moving around .


Though riding an automobile saves time but one has to spend money on fuel and its maintenance .Also its leads to sedentary  lifestyle with no physical activity or exercise .


For small kids and youngsters I think  cycling is the best option, its a form of exercise and its very economical too.


Pros n Cons of Bicycle over Automobile:


1.Cycling is Economical -Price less than any automobile, maintenance very cheap .


2.Cycling is a good form of exercise, helps to burn calories and tone muscles.


3.Cycling does not cause any pollution which happens in case of riding any automobile.


4.In traffic jams its difficult to move with any automobile, but one can easily find way with a bicycle .
